But we are facing issues when we tried to add it to Data action. Can you let me me how you are counting the number of Agents are in idle? We are looking for the combination of Queue ID, Skill name and Idle routing status. Please advise

If you use this API: https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-routing-queues--queueId--members, you can filter by routing status (Idle, interacting, etc) and/or skill. You will get a list of users and the number of users in the list.

Is there a way we can find the number of users who logged into the SKill?
We are using a Data action to find the number of Agents in Queue. But we also need to know if that is possible to find number of users logged into the skills during the call.
