    Hi there,

     

    We have a question related to use of flags on flow design.

    For instance, is it possible to configure on Purecloud an emergency flag, that could be changed by an administrator at any time due to whatever reason? In order to use on architect as presented on the image bellow:

     

     

    If not, is it planed to be on roadmap?

    Currently you would have to use a Web Services data dip to query an outside data source to see if a flag is set (and you would have to give that administrator a way to set that flag outside of PureCloud). So, nothing built into PureCloud.

     

    The Emergency Schedules feature is on the roadmap and currently being researched, but there is no estimate yet on when it might be completed.
