Beta Testing Program: If you're interested in getting early access to upcoming features and providing feedback, you can participate in beta programs. Visit the Beta HQ in the Genesys Cloud Community to enroll in available betas. During enrollment periods, you'll fill out data collection forms specific to individual feature betas. Beta participation is open to all current Genesys customers, and you'll be notified if you meet the participation criteria.
Ideas Portal: You can also participate in Genesys Cloud development by visiting the Ideas Portal at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas where you can vote on, comment on, and create new ideas for product development. This is another way to have your voice heard and influence future features.
