Hi, Maybe someone knows how to forward the e-mail from the "Inbound Email Flow" I found the "Replay" option but can't find "Forward"
Any ideas?

Hello, Genesys cloud expects mail to arrive by acd or otherwise, but forwarding within the flow is not currently possible.
