Good morning, 

I have tried researching the answer but thought I would post it here hoping to find someone who has already experienced this or may have some more information on this. I am in the midst of creating a gamification contest for our agents and we are using topics as metrics.

In the topic - can I make changes after the gamification contest commences? 

If I made these change(s), will they be effective just from when I made the changes to the end of the contest or will the contest re-grade agents with the new topic? 

I appreciate any help!

Once a contest is completed, with winners assigned, the results cannot be changed. Genesys Cloud no longer updates the results, even if the underlying metrics are updated (for example, because of a schedule change for past days). It's not feasible to update contests that are completed, because winners and prizes have already been announced.
