Dear Admins, GCAP Members, 

I understand that the updated GCAP program, which used to feature engaging activities, a point system, and reward redemption opportunities for users, customers, and partners, has transitioned to a new system. However, I find the new system a bit confusing and would appreciate some clarification.

Could you ^(anyone) kindly confirm whether the new program retains any elements of the previous structure, such as the point system or reward redemption?

Additionally, I am curious to know if there have been any notable changes regarding rewards. Please let me know how I can effectively utilize my GCAP membership under the new system.

Thanks for your question.  So in short - Yes the new GCAP program will continue to have a point system and rewards.  Now some detail:

1. How do I earn points?  It's important to set-up you profile in the new GCAP.  Click on the "Get started today' button to do that. 
2. Complete Acts of Advocacy - They will look like the image below. Each has different points value that will be added to your point balance when completed.

3. Lower down on the page you will see our GCAP levels. Each offers a variety of benefits and perks. As you move up the levels you will unlocked more benefits. You are currently at the Amber level and eligible for lots of perks. 
4. Shortly, we will integrate our rewards catalog - similar to the one from the old program that will allow you to exchange points for Beyond certifications and learning subscriptions, Professional services and Genesys swag. In the meantime you can request a redemption by submitting this form. You currently have 1,250 points.
