Hello everyone, I am new to this community, and learning the eBook i notice in the resource center that CX4 is a newly added one, I am also preparing for GCP exam so if they ask how many levels of licensing so what the answer will be 3 or 4?

The certification exam will be based on the revision/training materials.  But if you want to double check that, I would contact the Genesys Education team: education@genesys.com
