Customer has a request to generate emails from a web form and send them to Genesys Cloud, containing attributes and attachments. We have in my opinion the following options:
- Customer generate the emails themselves and send them to Genesys Cloud via their Exchange server, with attachments and attributes in the body of the email;
- We generate the emails with the API, but using user-context and Authentication Code Grant - tokens to refresh
- If we use agentless emails we can't attach things to them - not good as a solution
- If we use Web Messaging to collect data and send data through a Chat Transcript email, we can only attach Images to the interactions (customer needs also documents, etc. attached)
: Questions:
Q1:Do you have any other option on this? Q2: Can you tell me how a new token is generated in the Authentication Code Grant? Are the concurrent token requests managed server-side?
Best Regards, Raluca
