  • 1.  Genesys Account moved to purged state

    One of the Genesys account is under inactive state in people but when we fetched the data through API's the same account state is showing Purged.

    can anyone help me to understand under which conditions an account will be moved to "purged" state

    You should only see this if you have set your Historical Data to be purged under the ORG settings.  Is that set to default or is there a value there?
