    I am in phase of using Genesys BYOC cloud platform.
    Would like to confirm the firewall in our premises should it support SIP Inspection ?

    Our firewall does not supports SIP inspection. So wanted to check is it necessary that our firewall should support for SIP inspection.
    If SIP inspection is required what is the reason it is required ?

    Is there any reference document available with respect to this ?

    You should disable SIP Inspection.
    Just make sure your firewall allows communication with your corporate SBC.
