Hello,

We have Genesys with Teams integration so our agents can transfer calls to the rest of our employees. Our issue is that our Agents will sometimes get Teams calls while they are taking a Genesys call and it will ring to them and interrupt their Genesys call making it hard to hear. Is there a way so that Teams calls will not ring over a Genesys call?
