Does anyone have experience implementing Cloud CX with Microsoft Cloud PC?
We have a customer using Jabra headset and has installed Chrome extensions and Jabra software; all works OK using a native browser and WebRTC. They have reported when using Cloud PC, they lose functionality of the Headset buttons.
For example, they cannot answer, mute or hangup the call.
Any assistance / tips would be appreciated :)
