    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone has tried using the web content feature on Genesys dashboards and had success. I used to be able to add a web page URL for almost any website and it would display. Now no matter what I add into the URL it comes back as denied. eventually ide like to display service now huds in these dashboards.

    Thank you for the help if anyone has any information!!

    Two things.   It has to be https, not http and the site has to allow it to be iframed into another page.  I usually use this site: iFrame Tester Online Tool - Analyse Iframe Compatibility of a URL (geekdashboard.com), but there are others out there.
