I have the below questions with respect to Genesys Cloud Desktop App.
1. Does Genesys Cloud Desktop App supports settings for Proxy PAC or proxy settings for using WebRTC ?
2. From my findings there is no option to set the proxy settings in the cloud desktop app.
3. There is an option Use Win HTTP Proxy. What is this ?
4. Is there any reference or use case of using Genesys Desktop App using Proxy ?
5. Does Cloud Desktop App refers or uses the Proxy settings from the browser ex - Microsoft Edge Chromium ?
- If yes how to check & verify which browser settings it is taking.
