I haven't heard reports of customers having issues with this, but here are some questions/things you can check to make sure your environment is optimized.
Does this also happen in GC base client, outside of the embeddable framework?
Check if the SIP ALG is switched On or Off on the users end.
Check if the WebRTC traffic is whitelisted in the Firewall and Antivirus application.
Have you tried testing with while using Media Helper.
Also it might be helpful to check your settings with your VPN provider to let SIP and WebRT traffic through.

Looking for some general feedback from the community. Have others been using Genesys Cloud embeddable framework (specifically in Salesforce) on workstations that are using the Cloudflare Warp vpn solution? How has performance been? Have you noticed any crashes in Warp or any issues with WebRTC connections when leveraging the technology? Have you seen increased cases of calls stuck in a contacting state? Really just curious if any others have had success with this setup? We are fairly new to Warp as our vpn client and have seen an increase in connectivity issues since rolling it out. Wondering if others have experienced the same?
