We are hosting Genesys Cloud EX 101 webinars (two convenient times) in September for those looking to learn more about the new Genesys Cloud EX offer! As a refresher, or in case you haven't yet heard of Genesys Cloud EX - it is a separate base license from Genesys Cloud CX that does not include voice or digital interaction handling. This new license allows our users to leverage Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) capabilities from Genesys Cloud CX on voice interactions that are handled on a third-party ACD/contact center platform as we offer pre-built integrations that seamlessly ingest interaction recordings and historical context. Our team of experts will be showcasing this offer during the webinar,  but you have to register in order to attend!
