As we invest more efforts on enhancing the capabilities of Knowledge, we're pleased to announce that the Knowledge 'Support center' will now be renamed to 'Knowledge portal'. This is to align better with the product goal of broadening the use cases served beyond support.
This name change will be impacting all Messenger Configuration >> Support Center, Performance Dashboard and Knowledge Optimisation. Attaching a few screens indicating the text changes made.
