We have noticed that some of our customers are complaining that Genesys cloud is no longer recognizing their Plantronics Hub software. We have tried re-installing the software, clearing the browser's cache, trying a different browser, deleting and recreating the custom audio profiles, with no luck
I understand that Genesys doesn't support Poly Lens but is there any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
Just as a reference, our Hub is on version 3.25.2
