Can you try changing the http entry to https and see if you can save?

Our Okta setup has an HTTP address for this field, it's provided by Okta and hard to typo :).

Try removing the bottom 3 fields, Single Logout and audience, and see if you can save then - those are not necessary to make SSO work. I believe the Single Logout URI is supposed to be different than the Target aka Login URI, and on-page validation may be recognizing that and preventing your save.

I had run into the same thing.  What you need to do is select the "+" for the certificate.  That should allow you to save.  As for Http vs Https the Issuer URI is http the Target URL should be https.
