    I am planning to use WebRTC via Proxy (Zscaler) for Genesys Cloud solution with Proxy PAC settings in Edge browser.

    So would like to check if any one has used Proxy PAC for WebRTC.

    If so what are the settings/configurations done in the Proxy PAC for WebRTC 

    Can anyone please share the details ?

    Hello Rajeev,

    I have the same question from my customer, and I would like to ask you if using proxy in the agent browser does not cause any problem on Genesys Cloud side and also on Edges premise side.
