For the Byoc Cloud adding in the app foundry it says "Note: Adding BYOC Cloud to an existing BYOC Premises Org will migrate the Org to be hybrid media capable. Active calls may be impacted for the duration of the migration. Please perform this activation during off hours, allowing up to 3 hours for completion."
Is this calls impact a always happening fact?
If the customers have 24/7 service, then three hours downtime is quite long.

- What component does the media processing and where are Architect flows and prompts stored?
