    Hello Everyone!

    Is there any possible way to get Genesys Cloud raw data such as (Interactions, Agent Performance, Queue Performance, etc,........) to an external powered BI dashboard? 

    so when you navigate to workspace then choose Interaction, Queue performance or what so, this is the data I'm talking about.

    The data that makes up the Interaction, Queue performance screens comes from the Platform API, which you can use the API Explorer to investigate further.

    Genesys Cloud's UI is calling these under the hood and then doing some transformation before displaying them.

    It's worth mentioning that Genesys Cloud has an EventBridge integration if you wanted near realtime metrics
