We want to confirm something related to GC calls recording and Audio connector. We are implementing an external voicebot service through Audio Connector and we want to record the complete flow of all the calls from the beginning until the call was transferred to an Agent. That means, we want to record, the first question in our IVR(Architect), audio in the voice bot (trough the audio connector), and the conversation with the agent. We think this is possible with GC Recording, but we want to know if someone can confirm this.
