That's a great question. There should be no problem with recording the audio from start to finish. I would recommend that you take a look at this article in the Resource Center, in particular the portion at the end of the article. This will help you configure the call recording.

We want to confirm something related to GC calls recording and Audio connector. We are implementing an external voicebot service through Audio Connector and we want to record the complete flow of all the calls from the beginning until the call was transferred to an Agent. That means, we want to record, the first question in our IVR(Architect), audio in the voice bot (trough the audio connector), and the conversation with the agent. We think this is possible with GC Recording, but we want to know if someone can confirm this.
