    Hi

    Does anyone have experience, regarding the Genesys Cloud widget on salesforce , so now the view in salesforce button can only be clicked if the interaction has successfully connected.

    This is for manual outbound call, when an agent makes an outgoing call the button view in salesforce , only can be clicked if the interaction has successfully connected, for interaction not connected the button will disable to click , while the customer requires making tickets for all interactions that occur, whether successful connected or not connected interaction

    You need to make sure you setup the call center solution and you have the users associated with the contact center you installed (needs to match classic or lightning).  Also make sure your number formats are either 1+Number or +1Number.  I think the default is only Phone1 and Business Phone.   Also, if you are using Visualforce pages, you need to enable:  Create click-to-dial on custom Visualforce pages - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
