Genesys Cloud - Main

I am using AI Studio for prompt writing, but when I make a call, the voice sounds robotic. Is there any way to improve the voice quality within AI Studio or tts itself, or do I need to use a third-party solution like Amazon Polly or Azure TTS?

Yes you can use those that you have listed but we also have the native Genesys Enhanced TTS or the Generative AI TTS. 

The TTS engine selection and voice settings are configured in architect at the flow level.
