    I need some help here:

     

    We are using genesys messenger configuration with dialogflow cx bot integration. Now I need to send the image as response to customer question, is there anyway we can implement this..

    @kranthi Muppa Please post all of your questions in the appropriate Community (such as Main, or whatever matches the question). The Welcome Community is not designed as a place to ask questions, but rather the initial place to introduce oneself to the Community.

    Hello again, 

    I believe you can accomplish what you are doing with the Dialogflow CX bot integration. With is you can use interactive cards to send images, titles, body text, and list of buttons. 

    To send images as reponse to customer questions you should configure your Dialogflow CX bot to use card responses. The Genesys messenger integration natively supports theses rich media elements through the bot conversation api.
