You should be able to see your entire historical telephony activity via the
Genesys Cloud Voice Usage Report. This report does not show information in a graphical manner as such it will require some effort on your end to present it to your liking. I can guarantee that the report should list all telephony activity handled by Genesys Cloud grouped by billing period.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get historical concurrent call measurement directly from the UI. You can try to open a case with Product Support and see if they can help provide you a report - I am sharing this under the principle that Genesys is responsible for managing the trunks since you are GCV customer, but because there is no issue tied to it either this will be a low priority request or may not be entertained at all.
If this will be an actionable use case moving forward, you might be interested on availing the
Genesys Cloud Monitoring add-on to suit the need.

We are using Genesys Cloud Voice as our carrier and are moving to BYOC Cloud. I'm trying to check the max number of concurrent calls that the PureCloud Voice is currently taking. In the external trunk metrics, I see that we can only check the current ongoing number of concurrent calls, but is there a way to pull the metrics from the historical data?
