  • 1.  Genesys Cloud - WEM - Decisions?

    Does anyone know if Decisions will be available in Genesys Cloud?  Within the admin window I can see the option to "download" decisions data but do not see the decision function itself.

    Hi Dalvir,

    At this time it appears that it is just the ability to Download the data to import into Decisions.  I cant see anything on the roadmap to say that this will be included within Genesys Cloud itself


    It may also be a good question to ask in the Genesys WEM Community
