It looks like we did have an incident with the platform. According to the Status Page, the issue was caught rather quickly and reverted.
All agents should be able to log in now. Our internal teams are currently working on a formal RCA and it will be posted on to the cases with Customer Care as soon as it is ready.

Anyone else having issues with the platform is US East? We have a bunch of people get logged out and now when they go back in they cannot select a phone. On holding waiting for support. Nothing reported on the status page at this time.
