  • 1.  Genesys EDGE VM Provisioning State

    Hi 

    I'm currently Provisioning New EDGE VM Version, but the state status is always "Create provisioning package".

    Can anyone help, how do I check on that edge, is there a log that I can trace to find out what's going on

    And also how do I check from the server, whether the customer's internet connection is not blocking Genesys Cloud

    Edge versions should be updated automatically.  There is a way to manually update by clicking on the software version in the Edge setup:
    If you can't update manually,  I would open a ticket with support to have them push it out on their end.
