    Well…I already have a couple of caveats regarding Alerts :-)

    1. There was a backup in the Microsystem that sends alerts yesterday, causing them to be delivered hours after. So, that could have been a cause for Wendy's issue as well if the same thing happened when she experienced the phantom alerts.

     2. Alerts do reset if they go below the stated threshold, then alert again when it is exceeded later. That only works for something like Service Level which goes up and down. The alert won't go away in the panel when the value goes above the threshold (alert resets), but it will send another alert if the value drops below again. Most alerts are for a Max or Min value and once hit those don't change (except for further beyond the threshold, but that won't trigger a new alert).

    Hi Team,

    Any update on when the new Analytics Workspace will roll out?
    The video mentioned there will be an a  Ask me Anything event on March 1st
    and targeted date for rollout on March 2nd.

    Hey Anton, great question! The release got pushed back two weeks, so the AMAs are now scheduled for March 15th and the 22nd. I think the Workspace will rollout around the 15th, but I'll ask the team if they have a more concrete update. Cheers!
