    Do we have any idea How long it will work as free/supported product ?

    After native support ends, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Neural Polly Voices will be the only product available natively via Enhanced TTS.

    If I am understanding your question correctly. August 5th 2026 Genesys will end native Enhanced Text-to-Speech (TTS).

    Hello Ajay this is correct.

    Are you asking about when Amazon Web Services (AWS) Neural Polly Voices will stop being supported? I believe AWS Neural Polly Voices will be around for awhile as this change is part of Genesys's optimization to align with AWS-based architecture for improved performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.

    I just need more clarification on what you are trying to ask to give the best possible answer.
