    I am just going through my Subscription and I see an item, Genesys Enhanced TTS Wavenet Voice with a cost.  Some years ago I was testing out Google Dialogflow and this may be a holdover from then.  I am just trying to figure out what exactly this is for and whether I still need it.  I am only using Genesys Dialog Engine and no other 3rd party Bots.  Thanks.

    Genesys enhanced TTS is free in bot flows. So likely you have this set in an inbound flow somewhere. If you are setting it in the inbound flow, you will need to change the language after the bot so the TTS in the normal flows aren't using it.

    You can got to AppFoundry and find the Genesys Enhanced TTS addon. If you are looged in and check the pricing information you get more information on the wavenet voice costs.
