    Does anyone know if Fiserv is an established payment processor with Genesys and if so do they support the RESt API? I imagine they do but just want to confirm.

    Yes, FIServe has a good and fairly extensive API.  Connectivity may be a challenge depending on the type of services you have with FIS and how you connect to them now.  It may be easier to have a web proxy on your corporate edge that talks to the FIS services internally.  You can find their API here: Payments API | Payments (fiserv.com), but be sure to talk to FIS about what is open to Genesys Cloud and the restrictions around REST-based services with only JSON packets.
