so in our case im not sure this will work
because with messenger, we to have to invoke the email being sent out using the data captured from the messenger interaction
we dont want the customer to have to open their email just to send an email reply

In this case, you can use a "schedule" for route to interaction for Flow Messager until 18h, and after route to interaction for another flow then you can use this rule, or you can use one-only flow with a schedule group.
