    To use the network readiness of tool of Genesys Cloud, I found the below URL.
    In the below URL it is mentioned that only Chrome and Firefox are supported.
    Would like to check & confirm if I use Microsoft Edge Chromium browser will it be supported for Network Readiness test using the below.

    Rajeev,

    Currently Genesys Cloud supports only Chrome and Firefox browsers only.
    It will not support edge browser.

    Edge (chromium) is supported but needs to be the latest version, Edge (legacy) is not.  It's possible that article hasn't been updated since Edge moved to Chromium.

    As mentioned, I think you'll find the network readiness test article was written back when Edge wasn't fully supported until the move to Chromium.  I have run the network readiness tests on Edge (Chromium) before.

    @Vaun McCarthy - Thanks.
    Even I have the same understanding, but I want some kind of official document to showcase it which I am not able to find it out.

    I need to show case this to my management.

    If anyone Genesys Employee can you please confirm if I can run Network Readiness Assessment using Latest Edge Chromium ?

    On that article page is a feedback option at the bottom.  I'd fill that in and submit it or raise a case to Genesys Support if you're wanting something "official".

    Have you tried running the WebRTC and network readiness tests in Edge already?

    @Vaun McCarthy

    Yes I tried it & it is failing. That is the reason I need to 1st prove that it is not the edge which is causing this problem.
    Below is the console log which I am getting it.

    @Vaun McCarthy - Have you tried using WebRTC using proxy solutions ?
    In my scenario I am using WebRTC using Proxy like Zscaler.

    So wanted to know is there any issue of using WebRTC with proxy solutions.

    The risk with using proxies, depending on whether they're also processing UDP as opposed to just HTTP(s) is that STUN negotiation may not work so your calls could always fall back to TURN.  I can't answer specifically to zScaler though but there may be options to bypass that proxy for specific ports/protocols etc.  Someone else can probably answer this better for you.
