    Is there a workaround process when we are unable to play a selected recorded call and the screen recording of that call at the same time?

    Is there any process documentation that can be send to me regarding the question and issue above in order to troubleshoot or workaround?

    Hello Todd,

    We currently have an idea in our Product Ideas Lab that is set to Future Consideration that would allow the screen recording and audio file to be downloaded in other formats. 

    If you click the VOTE button on that page, it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development.

    Are you pausing the audio recording while call is on hold or during IVR? Could that be causing the two to not be in synch?
