    Hi everyone!

    We are looking into the ability for customers and us to share documents, securely and safely behind an authenticated portal via web chat.

    Does Genesys offer this functionality to allow a customer to upload a file? 

    Looking at security for scanning files that customers have uploaded for viruses etc.

    Hi Deepa,

    Files can be shared via Authenticated Web Messaging: About web messaging

    Genesys Cloud does not scan attached files for viruses and this is the customers responsibility: Malware and antispam protection best practices
