Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi Folks,

I'm starting to experiment with WhatsApp integration in Genesys and have reviewed the message-based pricing details. However, I wanted to clarify, if I set up the integration by connecting my Facebook account in the Genesys dev environment and start exploring via test flows, will there be any associated costs?

Would appreciate any insights.

Hi Ramsha,

You will pay the conversation base pricing in your Dev org plus any pass through costs from Meta which will be very low (pennies or in currency equivalent) for a test environment.

In most cases an initial test will be sending a WhatsApp to the number. That will trigger a conversation charge.
