Hi everyone,
I didn't see any general topics for the ServiceNow Genesys Unified experience, just specific troubleshooting ones, so thought I'd try and get a community discussion about it going on. We're currently in the testing phase of the Genesys–ServiceNow Unified Experience. Haven't gone live with agents yet with ServiceNow or the Unified experience. While we move forward, I'd love to hear from others who have implemented or are exploring this integration.
