    We are planning to use BYOC cloud.
    In BYOC cloud we are planning to have restriction, so that the client or end users from only a particular location can connect.

    Ex - We have a location say Location A & we have nearly 100 users there.
    Location A is connected via Internet & the Public IP Address is say X.X.X.X

    I want to restrict in Genesys cloud so that only from my Location A with Public IP Address X.X.X.X is allowed.
    Our location B, which has Public IP Address Y.Y.Y.Y should not be allowed.

    Is there any way there is a feature in Genesys Cloud which can restricted this access ?

    You are correct https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/allow-ip-addresses/ is where you configure the IP Whitelist for user access.

    @Richard Chandler

    Thanks.
    So if I have allowed only the Public IP segment ex : 1.1.1.0/24, then only from this IP range segment I can use the SIP Phones, WebRTC & also the administrative access to my Genesys Cloud tenant.

    If I try to access it from any other Public IP Segment then my access from SIP Phones, WebRTC & also the administrative access to my Genesys Cloud tenant will not be allowed.
    Is my understanding is right.

    Yes. This also includes data actions so also any OAUTH clients need to be in the allow list along with any IP ranges for authorised orgs.
