You might be able to use https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-audits-query-servicemapping
Set the Range you want, set serviceName to ContactCenter and filter on property == EntityType and value == Queue
That will return all queues that had something to them during the range..
You might be able to use a second filter with property == Action and value == Create to narrow it down
