We have an external mobile app where the customer has already got his information registered in the app, as the customer information is already there before using the chatbot, what is the way of getting these information to the architect before starting he flow as if the customer information is found there will be no need to ask questions of the phone number, first name & last name, I'm thinking of a logical expression were if the information is there to skip these questions and jump to the node were the customer can talk to an agent or what so.
