  • 1.  Getting not ready time to show in timeline

    I'm just wondering, I can see the not responding time for an agent in the agent status detail tab, with the view set to Duration, but it only gives me how long they were not responding in that 30 minute window.  Is it possible to get that in the timeline view?  I'd love to get the exact start and end times of when the agent went not responding.
