    I have been in the voice and contact center industry for 30 years. I am now on the sales side as a senior principal Solution Architect on the Amazon Connect platform. I started my career on Avaya and Nortel way back. I then moved to Cisco when they acquired Geotel and the Silceas product which is UCM today. I was a manager and lead tech in the field for about 22 of those years. For the last 8 - 9 years I have been in a sales support role. I like it over here in the sales side support, but I would like to get my hands on Genesys to learn the cloud platform. I have partner portal access because I work for a partner but want to start learning this product as I expand my knowledge. I have development knowledge which helped me pick up Amazon Connect in a year with my sandbox. I have scripting experience in Cisco, UCCE, UCCX, AWS Connect, Nortel, and Avaya so none of this is new to me. I am just thinking about how I get enough knowledge to start a career in Genesys without personal monitary investment.

    Dear Eng Giddings,

                     Could please share with us .. where i am working in avaya with experience about 3 years moreover cisco with experience about 2 years .. now I am working with Genesys as third vendor .. so I need your help to guide us with each certificate path and what is the best roadmap to understand that vendor

    In Genesys we have a department dedicated for Education / Training (Genesys Beyond, to which I am part of), and we can talk about the options available for you to get trained and certified in the Genesys Cloud CX platform, according to your role / objectives you have.

    Would you mind sending me an e-mail (rafael.marciano@genesys.com) with your contact info / Region you are (NA, EMEA, APAC...)? From there, we can start exploring some traiing options.
