    Just wondering if anyone in the community is using Google's Speaker ID for their voice biometrics? Just wondering your thoughts on how it is working for you and what your callers think about the experience? Were they any got 'cha's during your design, development or testing?

    That just came up in our Innovation talk today. The pricing is very aggressive and I know Google supports Genesy AudioHook, so should be easy to implement.  I would submit an Idea to the Ideas site and let the PM's know about this new and fascinating product.
