Dear Team,
We are using the Gplus adapter for ServiceNow UTAH. In the openframe setup after installing the GPlus adapter, the below configuration is defined. Key - instance, Value - Default - none, Description - The full Genesys Engage cloud GWS tool kit url including full path to api.js
But we cannot find that app.js mentioned in the documentation. Where do we find this api.js or how to set up this configuration. Any help will be much appreciated. Right now the clicking on the dial icon just keeps rotating. Refer screenshot

The Genesys Cloud Developer Forum is meant for questions related to development and customization for the Genesys Cloud solution.
Your question appears to relate to the Genesys Engage Cloud Platform (known as Genesys MultiCloud CX solution). I would suggest that you post your question on the Genesys Multicloud Community forum.

Thank you, Jerome. Well, the documentation say's the prerequisites are these, Is the Engage Cloud the same as Genesys MultiCloud CX.
Engage Cloud must be enabled.**
