Genesys Cloud - Main

We are looking to setup a very basic email capability in our solution.   One queue, one skill - graphQL setup.  However, we are getting stumped at the setup for the inqueue flow that needs to be created.  Has anyone successfully set up an email solution that would be able to provide some thoughts or ideas around the inqueue flow that they used?

Hi Janine,

You don't need an in-queue flow for e-mail.

It's only needed if you want to build some logic on what should happen while the e-mails are in queue.
