    Hello Team,

    wanted to know if the through group feature shall we transfer the calls to external mobile sequentially to 10 people

    Yes, but the users need to be logged in or their external phone would need to be their default phone.  Sequential is one of the settings, but you need to set the timers on the group to stay in the queue for that amount of time to get through all 10.
